Volleyball Fall League: Gr. 4-7Sports, Health & FitnessThe Fall Volleyball League, run by Minnesota Freeze Volleyball Club, is for athletes in grades 4–7, welcoming both beginners and experienced players. Players will develop fundamental skills—serving, passing, setting, and hitting—while learning the game, including rotations and court positioning. Teams will practice once per week for 90 minutes, focusing on skill development through drills and game-like play. The first two weeks will be used to evaluate players and create teams with similar skill levels to support development. Players will also participate in two Saturday in-house scrimmages to apply their skills in a fun, positive environment. Each participant will receive a jersey to keep. Our experienced coaching staff, including former Division I athletes, are passionate about teaching the game the right way while helping players build confidence and a love for volleyball. By the end of the league, players will demonstrate improved fundamental skills and a basic understanding of volleyball rotations.
