Learn, grow, and compete in wrestling. From basic to advanced techniques, you’re sure to find something you love in this one on one competitive sport where toughness, grit, discipline, and skill are essential. Learn important techniques from takedowns, turns, and escapes, while learning skills and exercises that generate a life-long love of fitness.

Registration for all class sessions closes 3 business days before the start date.

If you miss the deadline but are still interested, you can contact the Community Ed office. Space may be limited, but we'll try our best to accommodate late registrations.
