Water Aerobics: Monday - Intergenerational

Be part of something fun and motivating in the pool! We provide cardio, strength, endurance, stretching and music. Lots of gain, no pain. Feel refreshed and energized.

Ages 16 + are welcome to attend with an adult. Both participants must register and pay. This is a great homeschool fitness opportunity.
