Beginning Swim & Water Safety - Adult

Join Kay Zuccaro for beginning swim and water safety for adults. Whether you are new to Minnesota and just want to be more comfortable around the lakes or you have lived here your whole life and never learned how to swim, Kay wants to give you the confidence to be safe in and around the water. In this 4 class series you'll learn how to get in and out of the water safely, submerge under water comfortably, front and back float, and learn about the fundamental mechanics of swimming. You'll go from wader to swimmer and from fear to freedom in a short time so you can enjoy your entire Minnesota summer around the pools and lakes.
