Water Wellness: Thursday - Intergenerational
Engage your mind and body for a fun water workout! Stretching, cardio, endurance, balance, music and new friends are all part of this class. Work at your own pace and ability. Home school students might enjoy this daytime water fitness class.
Ages 16 + are welcome to attend with an adult. Both participants must register and pay. This is a great homeschool fitness opportunity.

Instructor
Instructor Kay Zuccaro is certified as a Red Cross Water Safety Instructor, Lifeguard Instructor, Arthritis Foundation Aquatics Instructor, and Water Fitness Instructor. Her mission is to help adults and children feel comfortable in the water, build self-esteem, and understand water safety.
