Water Wellness: Monday - Intergenerational
Engage your mind and body for a fun water workout! Stretching, cardio, endurance, balance, music and new friends are all part of this class. Work at your own pace and ability. Home school students might enjoy this daytime water fitness class.
Students 16+ are welcome. This is a great homeschool fitness opportunity.
