| Kung Fu – Wu Shu for Self-Defense and Fitness: Age 8 through Adult (Instruments) Ages 8 – Adult: Learn effective kicking, punching & self-defense skills to strengthen the mind & body. Concurrent enrollment in a Belt class is required. This class is for students Yellow Belt and higher from the National Treasure Kung Fu program. Registration Deadline Registration for all class sessions closes 3 business days before the start date. If you miss the deadline but are still interested, you can contact the Community Ed office.
