| Kung Fu – Wu Shu for Self-Defense and Fitness: Age 5 through Adults Ages 5 – Adult: Learn effective kicking, punching & self-defense skills to strengthen the mind & body. Join a fun, progressive class & build muscle, power, flexibility, coordination, agility. Optional uniform, certification from white to Black Belt available. Great class for parents and child.
