Yoga for Mobility & Recovery
Due to the length of this class we are allowing registration at a prorated rate thru September. Please reach to Mary Finnamore at communityed@edinaschools.org if you would like to register after September 9.
This class is being offered as a hybrid class. You may attend in person here at the Edina Community Center or online in your own house. You will receive the Zoom link in your confirmation letter from ARUX.
This yoga class focuses on improving mobility, enhancing flexibility, and supporting full-body recovery. Through a combination of gentle flows, deep stretches, and mindful breathing, participants will release tension, increase joint range of motion, and promote muscle repair. Suitable for all levels, the class emphasizes slow, controlled movements and restorative postures to help reduce soreness, prevent injury, and improve overall movement quality. If you have previously taken Maria's Yoga for Core & Pelvic Floor Strength, you will find similarities. Please bring a blanket as well as a favorite yoga mat if you have one. Blocks, cushions, bolsters, and yoga mats provided. This is a great fitness opportunity for homeschool teens.
Students 16+ are welcome
