Italian Cooking : Mantua's Pumpkin Ravioli and Stovetop Meatloaf
Fall is the time of year everyone is craving comfort food! Impress your family and friends with these time-honored fall Italian culinary classics. From the Lombardy region we'll make "Ravioi de Zucca" - Pumpkin Ravioli. It's a famous dish from Mantua. You haven't had meatloaf till you've tried my Mamma's homemade Italian meatloaf. Made with the freshest ingredients and cooked on the stove. Comfort food from my childhood. Buon appetito!

Hello, my name is Cristina. I’m not a chef but I have prepared meals for my family my entire life. I'm always learning something new. I was born in Salerno, Campania, close to the Amalfi coast. I inherited from my mom the love for cooking and eating well. For me, time spent in the kitchen is fun and pure joy when you get to eat the delicious meals you prepare. I travelled within Italy and I’m still amazed at how much variety there is. I lived in Salerno, Florence and Milan and have many memories associated with food. Around a table you eat, you laugh, you restore your energy and soul. Preparing a good and healthy meal is an act of love to yourself and your family, hope to see you in class!
