Italian Cooking: A Day in Tuscany One More Time! - Intergenerational

Back by popular demand, same class as last year. We will learn how to make spaghetti with red wine (al vino rosso) and a fancy pork roast perfect for the holidays! One more chance to enroll!

12 years and older may attend with an adult. Both adult and child must register and pay. Over 15 may attend on their own.

Hello, my name is Cristina. I’m not a chef but I have prepared meals for my family my entire life. I'm always learning something new. I was born in Salerno, Campania, close to the Amalfi coast. I inherited from my mom the love for cooking and eating well. For me, time spent in the kitchen is fun and pure joy when you get to eat the delicious meals you prepare. I travelled within Italy and I’m still amazed at how much variety there is. I lived in Salerno, Florence and Milan and have many memories associated with food. Around a table you eat, you laugh, you restore your energy and soul. Preparing a good and healthy meal is an act of love to yourself and your family, hope to see you in class!
