Italian Cooking: Elevated Pasta Dishes for Gatherings - Intergenerational

Join our favorite Italian cooking instructor Cristina Garrasi for a delicious evening of creating elevated dishes for gatherings of friends or family. You'll be ready to rent a house in Italy and invite your friends for dinner for a traditional "cena in campagna" once you finished this class. We will cook three staples of Italian cooking that will help you elevate your cooking to chef standard. Look out Massimo Bottura!

12 years and older may attend with an adult. Both adult and child must register and pay. Over 15 may attend on their own.

Hello, my name is Cristina. I’m not a chef but I have prepared meals for my family my entire life. I'm always learning something new. I was born in Salerno, Campania, close to the Amalfi coast. I inherited from my mom the love for cooking and eating well. For me, time spent in the kitchen is fun and pure joy when you get to eat the delicious meals you prepare. I travelled within Italy and I’m still amazed at how much variety there is. I lived in Salerno, Florence and Milan and have many memories associated with food. Around a table you eat, you laugh, you restore your energy and soul. Preparing a good and healthy meal is an act of love to yourself and your family, hope to see you in class!
