A Brief Chat about Gender-Affirming and Gender Expansive Garments - Intergenerational
Have you ever been curious about what resources are available for people who are in transition, gender non-conforming, or simply looking for more comfort in their own body?
Join founder of underDARE, Marcy Darling, for this one hour introductory conversation! For many people, the only access to information they have about gender-affirming garments is a vague idea and access to the internet because so few brick and mortar shopping institutions dedicated to those garments exist. Marcy will talk briefly about the beginnings of underDARE and her frustration finding garments for her trans son, touch on compression garments, safety, resources, have a question and answer period, and then allow students to come up, look at, and touch the garments she has brought with her. Ages 14 and up with an adult.
