(Online) - Comprehensive ACT Prep Course: Gr. 10-12
The Comprehensive ACT Prep Course reviews all subjects of the ACT Test - English, Math, Reading & Science (totally 16 hours), focusing on content and testing strategies. The course is held online via Zoom and classes will be recorded for reviews and any missed sessions. This course does not include participation in the ACT test. JUST LISTED! Edina Tournament Chess Team OTB Practice: Gr. 1-12
Join the Edina Chess Team! Over the Board chess team practice for the serious chess players preparing for competition. Participants will expect a 45-60 minute lesson and play. This is not a chess club! This is the Edina Chess Team. Improve your skills to represent your school in chess competitions.Tournament fees are an additional cost, if participants choose to participate in those extra events. Parents will be invited to participate in the “Edina Chess Team Booster Club”. In this exciting Bluey-themed community education class, students will step into the colorful world of Bluey and her family through hands-on activities, and active play. Designed for children in Kindergarten through 3rd grade, each day will be packed with engaging, themed projects inspired by episodes of the beloved television show. We’ll explore themes from different episodes and bring them to life through interactive projects like baking and running a real Bluey-themed lemonade stand, complete with homemade lemonade! (Online) Driver's Education: Classroom Instruction & Behind the Wheel: Ages 14.5-18
Safeway Driving School provides a comprehensive driver education program designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills needed for safe and responsible driving. Our program is open to students aged 14.5 to 18, offering flexibility and convenience for families. What's Included: 30 hours of classroom instruction: Covering state-approved curriculum to prepare students for their permit exam. 6 hours of behind-the-wheel training: Individualized, hands-on driving lessons with professional, experienced instructors.
