This Comprehensive ACT Prep Course focuses on content review and test-taking strategies to improve your ACT English, Math, Reading, and Science scores. The course includes 16 total hours of instruction, spread across four class dates. A Zoom link will be sent prior to the first session. Sessions will be recorded so students can review the material or catch up if they miss a session. This course does not include participation in the ACT test. Safeway Driving School provides a comprehensive driver education program designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills needed for safe and responsible driving. Our program is open to students aged 14.5 to 18, offering flexibility and convenience for families. What's Included: 30 hours of classroom instruction: Covering state-approved curriculum to prepare students for their permit exam. 6 hours of behind-the-wheel training: Individualized, hands-on driving lessons with professional, experienced instructors. Flexible scheduling: Convenient class times and driving sessions designed to fit your student's busy schedule, with easy make-up options available for busy teenaged schedules. State certification: Upon completion of the program, students will receive all necessary documentation to apply for their Minnesota driver’s license. This is an optional AP social studies bootcamp for anyone who will take AP World History, AP European History, AP U.S History, or AP African American Studies. This course will help get you ready for that specific AP social studies class and increase your core skills. We will focus on general study strategies like textbook reading and notetaking, how to do multiple choice tests, primary source analysis, and in-depth instruction on the AP writing components. We will go over and practice short essay questions, long essay questions, and document-based questions.
