Kaiut Yoga Method - friend discountFitness/AquaticsThe Kaiut Yoga Method is 'anti-aging' yoga for joints. It's a hygiene practice like brushing your teeth. It abolishes tension patterns and habits that get stuck in the body from the repetitive use of daily life. It works with the neuroplasticity of your brain, gravity and time to make changes to your body that bring about more mobility, vitality and resilience. What would it be like to age without further losses? You won't be watching a bendy person do poses that you cannot emulate. The Kaiut Yoga Method uses only voice instruction because it's about how you feel; not how you look. Props are utilized not to make it easier, but to make it better for your body's own biomechanics. Bring a water bottle and your favorite yoga mat if you have one. Bolsters, yoga blocks, cushions, and mats provided. *Register with a friend and receive a 30% discount. _________________________________________________________________________________ Please read our Adult Programming Overview page for all info regarding registration, cancellation, and building info.
