Five MNJHML competitions are held after school October – January and focus mostly on 8th grade Algebra 1 concepts. MATHCOUNTS is an extended season for select Math Team members, beginning immediately after MNJHML ends, with a much broader focus of math concepts reaching into the realms of Geometry, Probability, Counting, and Algebra 2. Grab a friend and join us for open knitting, where you will spend a couple hours per month knitting on the project of your choice for an unstructured KAL (knit-a-long). This session is great for building community with fellow knitters and carving out dedicated time to devote to the joy of making!
