It’s never too late to start thinking about how you can improve your health to live longer and live better. Join us for a morning of activities and interactive demonstrations from a wide variety of health and wellness experts followed by a healthy luncheon buffet and presentation. The luncheon will feature garden fresh, farmer’s market inspired fare including sandwiches, salads, fruit and beverage options and an unconventional healthcare presentation by Jon Hallberg, MD, Medical Director of University of Minnesota Physicians Mill City Clinic, who brings healthcare topics alive through story and song.

The morning session (9am - 11:30am) is free and open to the public.

Luncheon with speaker, (from 11:30 - 1pm) with Dr. Jon Hallberg requires $10 advance payment and registration.
