Join Lauren from MKDC for an epic 7-week K-Pop workshop where you’ll master the iconic choreography that broke the internet. Get ready to nail the ultimate dance challenges, including:
- TWICE – “Cheer Up”: The viral arm wave and hip swing that stole everyone's hearts.
- TWICE – “TT”: The legendary crying-eyes hand gesture that defined an entire era.
- BLACKPINK – “Ddu-du Ddu-du”: Swagger-filled finger guns paired with smooth, powerful body rolls.
- Girls’ Generation – “Gee”: The timeless, high-energy crab walk and rhythmic side-to-side steps.
- PSY – “Gangnam Style”: The history-making horse-riding step that shook the globe.

Lauren Tree
Instructor
Lauren is a passionate dance instructor with a background in both education and performance. She spent three years teaching middle and high school students in the classroom, where she developed a strong foundation in creating engaging, supportive learning environments.
Her dance experience includes performing on a hip-hop team in New York, and she is currently in her 9th year dancing with MKDC, a professional K-pop performance team that lead the way to performing abroad in Korea, working on projects with K-Pop companies, and countless performances here in the US. Combining her love of teaching with her passion for dance, Lauren strives to make every class welcoming, fun, and accessible to dancers of all experience levels.
Known for her positive attitude and encouraging teaching style, Lauren especially enjoys working with beginners and helping students build confidence while developing their skills. Her goal is to create a space where everyone can learn, grow, and enjoy the excitement of dance.
