Zen Zone Yoga: Gr. 2-5

The world is a busy, hectic place! 

Help your student to promote mindfulness and calm in this yoga class for grades 2-5. Led by Justin "J" Schmidt, licensed Yoga Body Worker, Zen Zone Yoga is a space where kids will learn about using yoga as a tool to feel our emotions, find peace and courage within ourselves, and to promote empathy. 

Each week will XYZ as an opportunity to close out your student's school day in a mentally intentional and physically expressive way! 

Registration Deadline

Registration for all class sessions closes 3 business days before the start date.

If you miss the deadline but are still interested, you can contact the Community Ed office. Space may be limited, but we'll try our best to accommodate late registrations.
