Kiln Fired Clay with Mme French-Amara: Gr. 4-5

Students will explore how to use stoneware clay to create their own unique 3-dimensional artwork. Students will learn hand building techniques and then create their own projects using a variety of tools. Students will finish their artwork by applying either paint or glaze to their projects. Mme French-Amara is a licensed elementary art specialist who has taught for over 30 years. She has been teaching at Normandale for the past 18 years.
