Be Your Best Self! With Mme Seck: Gr. 3-5

Kids aren’t perfect—and they’re not meant to be. This class helps children build the emotional and social skills they need to cultivate self-control, navigate social interactions, and show up as their best selves. This class offers a supportive space where mistakes are part of learning and growth is the goal.

Through fun, age-appropriate, and real-life scenarios and activities, children will:

• Learn to recognize and manage emotions
• Practice healthy communication and problem-solving
• Build empathy, confidence, self-awareness, and conflict resolution skills
• Use tools that help “read the room”
• Learn calming tools for everyday challenges and setbacks

Registration for all class sessions closes 3 business days before the start date.

If you miss the deadline but are still interested, you can contact the Community Ed office. Space may be limited, but we'll try our best to accommodate late registrations.
