Smørrebrød Smörgåsbord - Intergenerational

Smørrebrød are Danish open-faced sandwiches, and a smörgåsbord is a Swedish buffet. Host a buffet the Scandinavian way with the tips and tricks you’ll learn in this live online class. Kirsten will demonstrate make ahead recipes and provide shopping suggestions as well as tips and tricks before styling a bountiful array of breads and toppings to appeal to a wide variety of eaters. Recipe handout provided, and this live class is recorded so you can refer back as needed. 

Ages 10 + are welcome to attend with an adult. Both participants must register and pay.
