Savor Hearty Soups - Intergenerational

Warm up with a trio of satisfying, flavor-packed soups that are perfect for cozy nights and nourishing everyday meals. In this hands-on class, you’ll roll up your sleeves and learn how to create hearty, wholesome soups using simple ingredients and bold, layered flavors.

We’ll start with a comforting Vegetable Farro Soup—creamy, chunky, and rich with fresh vegetables, and nutty farro. Next, you’ll prepare a vibrant Chickpea Tortilla Soup, a hearty Southwestern-inspired bowl featuring tender chickpeas, medley of vegetables, fluffy couscous, finished with crisp tortilla chips and bright lime for a fresh, zesty kick. Finally, we’ll make a cozy, crowd-pleasing Lasagna Soup that captures all the classic flavors of the beloved pasta dish in a warm, spoon-able form.

Along the way, you’ll learn techniques for building depth of flavor, balancing textures, and creating soups that are both nourishing and deeply satisfying. Perfect for anyone looking to expand their plant-based cooking skills—come ready to cook, taste, and enjoy every step of the process.
