Gentle Kripalu Yoga Mornings: online - Intergenerational

Reduce stress, increase strength, flexibility and balance, and experience a new way of caring for your body and calming your mind. This is a slow and gentle class, perfect for all levels including those who are dealing with body aches and inflexibility. This is a live class via Zoom, so you can do it in the comfort of your home with your video camera on or off. This could be a great opportunity for home school kids.

Students ages 14+ are welcome to attend with an adult.  Both adult and child must register and pay.
