Yoga for Mobility & Recovery - Intergenerational

All three sections of this class are being offered hybrid. You may attend in person here at the Edina Community Center or online in your own home. You will receive the Zoom link in your confirmation letter from ARUX.

This yoga class focuses on improving mobility, enhancing flexibility, and supporting full-body recovery. Through a combination of gentle flows, deep stretches, and mindful breathing, participants will release tension, increase joint range of motion, and promote muscle repair. Suitable for all levels, the class emphasizes slow, controlled movements and restorative postures to help reduce soreness, prevent injury, and improve overall movement quality. If you have previously taken Maria's Yoga for Core & Pelvic Floor Strength, you will find similarities. Please bring a blanket as well as a favorite yoga mat if you have one. Blocks, cushions, bolsters, and yoga mats provided. This is a great fitness opportunity for home school teens.

Ages 16 + are welcome to attend with an adult. Both participants must register and pay. This is a great homeschool fitness opportunity.
