Wu Style Tai Chi Chuan - Intergenerational

Robert teaches traditional Tai Chi Chuan as taught by the Wu family, which is one of the main styles of TCC. It is a relaxing exercise that restores energy to the body and mind, as well as improving strength, balance, flexibility, and coordination. Each of these classes can either be taken alone, or in conjunction with another Wu Style Tai Chi Chuan course should the student want to learn at a faster rate.

Ages 13 + are welcome to attend with an adult. Both participants must register and pay. This is a great homeschool fitness opportunity.
