This Postpartum Music Therapy group is designed to encourage co-regulation and bonding, relaxation exercises, emotional exploration with peers, and provide practical tools and musical experientials that you can incorporate into your daily life.
Alissa Walstead
Alissa Walstead is a Board Certified Music Therapist who is passionate about providing Music Therapy and Music Education through community based programs. Alissa values providing a a fun and engaging environment for learning and self expression, and collaborates with each individual to achieve their goals.
