JUST LISTED: AP Social Studies Bootcamp for Gr. 9-11

This is an optional AP social studies boot camp to help get you ready for an AP social studies class and increase your core skills. We teach skills used in the courses of AP Human Geography, AP World History, AP European History, AP US History, and AP African American History. We will focus on general study strategies like textbook reading and notetaking, how to do multiple choice tests, primary source analysis, and in-depth instruction on the AP writing components. We will go over and practice short essay questions, long essay questions, and document-based questions.

It is preferred that students bring computers, but not required.
