She will teach you how to make a perfect risotto that your whole family will love. Then you'll get to make an Italian classic; parmigiana di melanzane (eggplant Parmesan). To top it off you'll concoct a delicious frittata di cipolla e zucchine - onion and zucchini frittata. These dishes stack nicely together for the perfect fall Southern Italian meal. This class is very hands on. We cook together and clean up together.
