In this five day series, participants will learn qigong forms to support dynamic well-being - calming the mind and cultivating soft strength in the body. Our daily practice will include breathwork, meditation, active practice (can be performed seated or standing), and acupressure massage - rooted in the traditions of 5 Element Qigong. Qigong is an excellent practice for managing stress, improving circulation, supporting joint mobility, and integrating well-being into our daily lives. This virtual series allows you to practice in the comfort of your home. No previous qigong experience required - open to all individuals.
