As college deadlines approach, one of the most common things students struggle with is the college essay. Navigating how to stand out from the pack while remaining true and thoughtful to your own story can be a challenge. Students taking this course will learn how to unpack what the essay writing prompts are asking of them and brainstorm a variety of possible topics for their work. Students will have the opportunity to write and revise essays for their own writing portfolio and receive specific instructor feedback. At the end of the week, each student should have 1-2 strong examples of essays that have been both peer and teacher reviewed. Registration Deadline Registration closes at 11:55 PM the Thursday before the start date. Email: communityed@edinaschools.org Phone: (952) 848-3952
