Zero to Zero Accent: Casual French ConversationLifelong LearningJoin Maria Vallejo to practice your French. This course was previously offered on Wednesday mornings and for all levels. This class will work best for students who already have an intermediate or almost intermediate level of French. The date and have time have changed due to instructor change. Maria has taught both French and Spanish all of her adult life. She is a native of Spain but spent her early years in Northwestern France and later lived in Venezuela. Join us for a fun-filled theater camp inspired by the Disney Zombies movies. You’ll explore your favorite songs and scenes as you step into the worlds of Zed, Addison, and all your favorite zombies, cheerleaders, and werewolves. Each day features creative drama games, stage skill building, and plenty of high-energy musical fun. Along the way, you’ll build confidence, make new friends, and create your own version of these beloved Disney films. Families are invited to a special performance on the last day of camp where you’ll showcase your skills and shine on stage! Exploring Latino American Food: Gr. 1-4Expand Your World & EnrichmentNote: This class will be taught primarily in Spanish and is best suited for participants with a high level of Spanish proficiency. Would you like to make delicious food and create your own recipe book? During our time together, you will explore dishes from different Latin American countries while writing those recipes in your recipe book. You will also read stories behind each dish, highlighting the cultural aspects and traditions surrounding it. By the end of the week, you will have expanded your Spanish vocabulary, practiced your writing, and become an expert chef in Latin American cuisine. Are you ready to cook together? ¡Vamos a comer!
