Calling all young witches and wizards! Step into an enchanted world of magic through art in this spellbinding afterschool class for grades 3–5. Each week, we’ll dive into a new magical project inspired by the creatures, potions, and plants of the wizarding world. Students will sculpt their very own dragon companion, paint colorful potion bottles that look ready for a dungeon shelf, and even create a clay mandrake nestled in a real flower pot—earmuffs not included (but highly recommended!). This class is perfect for fans of magical schools who love to get creative, use their imagination, and bring a little magic to life through hands-on art-making. You’ll learn the fundamentals of archery, from proper stance to aiming and shooting safely. Through guided practice and fun challenges, you’ll develop focus, hand-eye coordination, and confidence. By the end of class, you’ll be able to hit a target consistently while understanding the basics of bow safety and technique.

Explore the design career field! Learn about architecture and test your design ideas through art, building activities, and design challenges, with exploration through architectural models. This class was developed in collaboration with local Twin Cities designers. We will introduce students to the 3D design tool TinkerCAD to plan and design their architectural creations. We recognize the importance of getting off to a strong start with your baby and our classes offer a great way to strengthen the bond with your child.
