Sound Bath for Deep Relaxation & Nervous System Reset - Intergenerational

Step into a deeply calming experience designed to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect.

This 75-minute sound bath uses crystal singing bowls and other therapeutic instruments to guide your body into a state of deep relaxation. As you rest comfortably, the frequencies support your nervous system, helping to reduce stress, quiet the mind, and promote a sense of balance.

Yoga mats and bolsters provided. You may bring your own mat and bolster if you prefer. Please bring a water bottle for hydration. and/or eye cover to maximize the flow of energy.

Perfect for anyone feeling overwhelmed, mentally fatigued, or simply in need of intentional rest. 
Ages 14+ are welcome to attend with an adult. Both participants must register and pay.
