Pilates Barre - Intergenerational

Class design is based on Reformer, Cadillac and Chair training. The focus is on standing functional training, balance and strength, myofascial movement. Challenging for all levels. Please bring your own bands if you have them.

Ages 16 + are welcome to attend with an adult. Both participants must register and pay. This is a great homeschool opportunity.
