Build strength the smart way in Middle School Weightlifting 101! This informative and hands-on camp introduces students to the fundamentals of safe and effective strength training. Participants will learn proper lifting techniques, the importance of warm-ups, recovery and nutrition as well as how to design balanced workouts that support athletic performance and overall health. While participants will have opportunities to practice movements in a controlled setting, the focus is on education—understanding why and how to train safely.
