Parenting with Less Conflict

Parents and caregivers: do you experience conflicts with your child around devices, homework, meals and bedtimes with your child? Do you work harder at solving these problems than your child does? Come learn new ways of being together that help your child develop the self-discipline to make good choices without relying on extrinsic rewards and punishments. This dynamic talk will leave you with an understanding that all behavior is purposeful and will help you identify what needs are getting met when kids are behaving in ways that are in conflict with the beliefs of your family. You will learn tools from leading parent educators and behavioral psychologists that help create lasting behavioral change, rather than relying on more reminders or supervision.
