Learn the basics of ballet vocabulary and movement alongside other adults. Ballet is a great way to gain strength, flexibility, improve posture, balance, and reduce stress in a non-competitive atmosphere. This class is also perfect for the Teen or Adult who would like to move at a slower pace and/or returning to ballet. Attend in person or join online via Zoom.

Midwest School of Ballet is dedicated to developing a well rounded, versatile and whole dancer. We use methods designed to not only build strength and technical skill, but also encourage exploration, foster creativity, self-confidence and artistry. Classes are infused with terminology, history, and encourage students to see dance outside of the studio as well as be ambassadors and advocates for dance.
